What is Indian nettle?

Indian nettle (Coleus forskohlii) is a perennial plant found mainly in Southeast Asia, but also in South America. Indian nettle extract is a source of many biologically active substances. Among them, forskolin, belonging to diterpenes, is considered the most important and our extract is standardized to it. Other extracts without forskolin standardization are the most predominant on the market.
