Lady's Mantle is a plant found in Europe, most often in thickets, in wet meadows or wet forest edges. It blooms from May to June. In folk medicine, the lady's mantle was known as the herb of the Mother of God. Includes e.g. tannins, resins and saponins with health-promoting properties.
It was once thought that the lady's mantle was a remedy for abdominal ailments. The ancient herbal medicine was used the mantle to support the treatment of digestive system diseases, pain, diarrhea, digestive problems, but also in the case of appetite disorders. Lady's Mantle was also used to help soothe the ailments associated with premenstrual tension and menstruation itself: it was relieving pain and act diastolic. In addition, it was used in the menopause phase and for genital tract infections. Lady's mantle, however, should not be given to children.
Ingredients: Organic Lady's Mantle Herb (Alchemilla vulgaris L.) 100%.

Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.
