Milk thistle, often confused with thistle because of its deceptively similar appearance, is a plant native to the Mediterranean. Over time, it spread to other European countries and other continents, including America and Australia. In Poland, milk thistle is a cultivated plant, but you can also find wild clusters. Milk thistle seeds are collected from ripe baskets at the turn of August and September, then they are ground to make it easier to add them to sauces, salads or millet.
Ingredients: Organic ground milk thistle 100%.
Organic ground milk thistle (Silybum Marianum) 100%: 3 g.
Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.
