Thanks to the fact that we roast it on the spot, in small portions, it always retains its wonderful taste and aroma, and the degree of roasting is selected individually - depending on its species and country of origin. Peruvian Flamingo coffee is a coffee originating from the areas located on the eastern slopes of the Andes. The humid equatorial climate is mixed there with cold and dry mountain influences. Coffee is grown at an altitude of 1000 - 1800 m above sea level, where the soil is very fertile. Peruvian Flamingo coffee has a strong aroma. It perfectly combines sweet mildness with citrus acidity, additionally delights with nutty and chocolate tones, decorated with caramel, vanilla and cinnamon details. The aroma of flowers, fruit and chocolate lingers over the cup. Peruvian Flamingo coffee is also not devoid of lightness, which gives it a delicate deep body.
