Ziemianska Herbal Brew 70 g
Ziemiańska brew is characterized by an extremely subtle taste. It is a composition of young leaves of wild strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, as well as the richness of the aroma of hawthorn flower and red rowan berries. The brew with a similar composition was served as a refined, delicious drink with meals at magnate and noble courts.
Ingredients: strawberry leaf*, blackberry leaf*, blackcurrant leaf*, rowan fruit*, hawthorn flower* in various proportions (*organic ingredients).

In times when black tea had not yet reached Poland, and also in the following years - when its price was too high to appear in every home, own herbal mixtures were prepared. All the leaves, flowers and fruits that could be found around the house were used for their composition. Hence, the use of wild strawberry, blackberry and black currant leaves was very popular. Therefore, due to the specificity the climate and local vegetation, herbal teas have become characteristic of the region and the local tea drinking culture.
